about our camp.png

Camp Kind is a unique day camp experience that imbues our campers with a love for helping others, animals and the environment. The program includes diverse hands-onvolunteer field trips to local non profits and charity organizations and innovative kindness workshops, all in a fun camp environment.

Camp Kind has two age groups, Camp Explorers (7-10) and Kind Pioneers (11-13). Each group has a maximum of 20 campers and is  is staffed by two counselors.

In addition, Camp Kind offers traditional fun day camp activities including exciting weekly trips and sports.

Campers at Camp Kind gain a greater sense of self purpose, wholesomeness and community responsibility which will benefit them as they mature into young adults.

For 2018, Camp Kind runs six weekly sessions from June 11 through July 20 and is located at the Silver Hills Middle school at 12400 Huron St in Westminster.

Camp Kind is a project of Chabad of NW Metro Denver and is directed by Benjy Brackman who brings 13 years of experience in running day camps to NW Metro Denver.
